Beauty Blogger Product Review
I received a sample of this product in my May Birchbox and just finished it off this past week. I actually liked this product more than I originally thought I would. It has a bold, sweet vanilla smell, which usually I don't like vanilla scents but this one smelled really good and even better in my hair. The pump was broken so I had to spread it out in my hand and distribute it through my hair. I always applied the product to my hair when it was wet followed by blow drying it and then styling with a straight or curling iron.
Beauty Protector Protect and Detangle conditions hair, shields from heat and sun damage and is 100% vegan, paraben- and sufate-free. Usually hair products weigh my hair down or make it greasy, but this product did not do either. It most definitely helped with tangles and made my hair much more manageable to brush through when wet. It also did not make drying time any longer which I find a lot of products do which dries me crazy as it already takes a while to get my hair completely dry. When I styled it I didn't notice that the curls held better or didn't hold as good which is another plus as some products weigh down curls or define the curl so much that they become crunchy and crinkle.
