I was so excited when I received the newest collection from Anastasia Beverly Hills : Kisses on My List lip glosses. This set is comprised of six lip glosses that range from shimmery to a matte gloss. Three of the colors are hypercolor, meaning a custom hue will form depending on your lip shade. (Wonder if it has any relation to the hydercolor shirts that were cool in the early 90's? I used to love those shirts!) The most apparent color change for me came from Lola. In the tube it looks like a soft pink, but after settling in on my lips, it turns much brighter.

The applicator is a bit different than normal lip gloss applicators. It is a silicone paddle, which at first was a little funky. But now after using them for over a month, I actually really like the paddle as you can get right up to the lip line with a seamless application. It's also great for professionals as you can get plenty of gloss on the paddle to swatch onto your client's palette to help save time.

All of the colors are gorgeous and range from neutrals to pinks and even a coral. It's hard to pick my favorite, but Maggie May has won me over.  They are all long lasting and the three with Hypercolor contain lip stain, so the color lingers around even after you take the gloss off.  The opacity ranges from sheer to opaque creamy.  I asked one of my friends if the glosses have a scent, as my nose isn't the best sniffer and he said, "Yes, a light scent" but couldn't pin point the fragrance. Another fabulous thing about these glosses, is that they have been clinically proven to improve lip texture and quality.
