I've been prepared for this one since the beginning of January....and finally February is here.  This month I will have 4 winners who will each win a pink lip tar from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics in honor of Valentine's Day.  The colors up for grabs are: Strumpet, Pageant, Pretty Boy and Narcissus.  To sweeten the prize a $10 gift card to ULTA will be included with each lip tar.  There are multiple ways to enter and multiple chances to win.
