Anastasia Beverly Hills - Covet Waterproof Eyeliner : "Noir"

I received this eyeliner several months ago in "Noir". For the longest time I've been using Revlon's Colorstay Crayon as it stays most of the day on my tear-line without giving me raccoon corner eyes. But I actually ran out and decided to give this eyeliner a whirl. First and foremost is almost the exact same consistency as the Revlon being a smooth yet solid creamy texture. In addition this liner has a much nicer, sturdier shell with a nifty little rubber piece to rest your fingers on when using it. The rubber piece helps to keep your fingers from slipping when applying the liner to help give a more precise placement.
The liner goes on easily and smoothly. I found it is great for the smudge effect so initially you don't have to set it perfect. I did apply it to my tear-line and within a few hours there was a little bit of raccoon corner...only enough to mention but not enough to complain about. The liner on the bottom and top of my lids stayed all day and makeup remover was needed at the end of the day to get it completely off. Another detail about this liner that I really like is it is build-able. Meaning you can achieve a light tone all the way to a dark shade depending on the pressure you apply when putting it on. I imagine it would be a great liner for photoshoots as it applies quickly and with a quick sharpening you can draw skinny to thick lines depending on the diameter of the liner, not to mention it would definitely stay put for the look with the ability to build on top for upcoming looks.

Overall I am satisfied with this eyeliner. To purchase it is $19.00 and is available in 8 colors, all being waterproof. It's not my favorite liner ever but definitely one I would consider using on a regular basis if my favorite was discontinued. Though for the price I don't think I could afford to use it on a daily basis. For now I always try and hit the drugstore when Revlon has BOGO, so I get two liners for the price of one and half, which still does not equal the price for one of these liners.
