Stephanie : Home Décor Color Pop

I am actually a real estate agent/apartment locator in Houston.

I also have personally lay many a tile, floated sheetrock and painted too many walls over the years. I also love interesting architecture. It’s because of this, that I wanted to share this home remodel!

The progressive interior intrigued me, so I decided to drive by the outside of the home since it was just a few blocks from my own. As I stood in the front to snap a quick picture for my friend, the owner came out and invited me in to take a look. The lime green pop of color in the den looked amazing!

I find that usually if a person has the skill needed to perform remodel work…the usually do not also possess the design ability.

That was not the case here. The individual performed the work and designed the remodel.

I am usually not a huge fan of contemporary surroundings, but this house really moved me.

It is located on a huge lot with amazing trees and the entire street is well manicured.

Anyway, America…this is a 2,850 square foot, four bed, 2 ½ bath home on a 9,400 square foot lot and is listed just under $230,000.

The owner did all of the work himself!

I found it for a friend who is still “thinking about it” but in the meantime I should go by myself a lottery ticket! I adore this house and really wanted to share the décor ideas!
