Metro Atlanta Beauty Bloggers - Wednesday Question


Every other Wednesday, the Metro Atlanta Beauty Bloggers will answer a beauty-related question just for fun! This week's question is...

New York Fashion Week starts tomorrow! What are you most looking forward to seeing during the upcoming week?
As most of you know, I'm not much into fashion, which I know is weird since I love makeup and beauty so much. I can barely walk in heels so 95% of the time I wear boots or my favorite Converse tennis shoes. I honestly didn't even know Fashion Week started tomorrow, but I do always love seeing the pictures of the fabulous dresses and the exotic makeup that goes along with them. I think if I had the money to afford expense clothes and designer dresses, I might be more into fashion, but I always can find makeup that I'd rather have over any piece of clothing too.

    Makeup is just so much more attainable than fashion-plus you can jazz up any old outfit with the right makeup look! I think I'd end up splurging on makeup and skincare instead of fashion if given choice. And maybe shoes. But it'd be a whole other story if I was sample size. Then i'd be a total clothes whore!

      Clothes are just so expensive...and I'm like the cheapest girl ever. And my Mom would never buy me labels growing up, so I guess I just got a custom to wearing cheap clothes. lol.

    I like seeing the beauty trends more than the actual fashion too. Of course if I could afford $30,000 for a dress I might be more interested!!

    I am surprised to hear that you are not into fashion! :) I have to agree with you though, a good pair of converse sure is a heck of a lot more comfy than a pair of heels! :) I am on such a budget right now that I am not spending as much on clothes lately either. Plus, you are right, a great makeup purchase is much easier to spend on. :)

    I feel the same way!! I'd much rather buy new eyeshadow over any other accessory
