As I've stated a few times before, I absolutely love supporting local Atlanta companies, so I was more than thrilled to receive a care package from Fevour Cosmetics. Getting a box filled of new makeup products is so exciting, especially when you have no idea which colors are going to be included. Much to my surprise, there were two lipsticks and four eyeshadows. I could also tell who ever packaged my products, took some time in picking the colors, as all the eyeshadow shades they sent over go very well with blue eyes.
The two lipsticks are from the Fevour Cosmetics Matte Lip collection and included a bold red, "First Lady" and a bright, medium pink, "Lady Justice". First off, I love the names! The shade "First Lady" is a true red and reminds me of a color Mellie would wear on the show Scandal. The shade "Lady Justice" is a bright, medium pink. I love both shades but if I had to pick one over another, I'd say "First Lady" would be my pick. Which I honestly never thought I'd pick a red lipstick over a pink, as I'm always a sucker for any pink lip product, but this red is a great match for my skin tone. The formula is creamy and easy to apply, but the lipstick isn't so soft that it breaks in half the third time you apply it...I hate when that happens. Both lipsticks lasted for a few hours, but like I've mentioned many times before, I constantly lick my lips, so there's not many products that have lasting power on my lips.

Three out of the four eyeshadows are from the Fevour Cosmetics Pressed Shimmer collection. The light gold one, "Jezebel" had a casualty in shipping and was unpressed, broken pigment by the time I received it. The other two, a deep gold, "Bronze" and a deep purple "Twilite" were still pressed and perfect. Even though the "Jezebel" wasn't pressed anymore, there wasn't anything wrong with it...it was unpressed before it was pressed and it actually is my favorite out of the four eyeshadows. The other three are darker and I find that I can wear the "Jezebel" with about any look, natural, light or as a highlighter in darker looks.
The fourth eyeshadow, "Pure Platinum" is from their Mineral Loose Shadow collection. It looks very dark in the packaging, but when it's applied it's more of an iridescent color, but still retains a darker silver color. I adore mineral shadows, as they can be mixed into a variety of mediums, like mixing with water to create a liner. I actually use mineral shadows in my airbrush gun mixed with a mixing medium. The color payoff in all four shadows was impressive. I was especially pleased with the pressed shadows color payoff, as shadows can sometimes be a hit or miss. Fevour Cosmetics definitely hit on something good, with these little babies.
Fevour Cosmetics offers a wide variety of colors and many other cosmetic products, so no matter your taste, I'm pretty sure you won't have a problem finding colors that you like. The price point on their products is very reasonable too. All the products discussed in this post have a price point of $14.00 each plus shipping and handling. Check out Fevour Cosmetics on the web or follow them on Twitter or Facebook.
Of course sometimes I post look photos on instagram or Pretty In My Pocket, so be on the lookout for Fevour Cosmetics tagged products. :)
