July Beauty Giveaway - Revlon

My birthday (July 1st) month is finally here and I thought I'd kick off this month's beauty giveaway featuring Revlon Products : Ready for Summer with Revlon. Instead of having a different daily tweet each day for July, I decided I'm going to do random bonus entries on various day throughout the month.  This could be in the form of retweeting a tweet, answering a beauty question, leaving comments on specially marked blogs, uploading looks, etc.

As with most months, I will have multiple winners and actually this month will be the first month to run more than one giveaway...but more details on the second giveaway won't be for two more weeks.

For July I will have two winners, who each will win the following:

Giveaway Rules:
1. You will be responsible for entering your giveaway entries through the rafflecopter application above.  All entries are verified and any one caught cheating will automatically be disqualified and entries will be removed.
2. Giveaway is open internationally.
3. There will be 2 winners for this contest.
4. Winners will be picked at random.
5. Contest starts July 1st, 2012 at 12:01 am and ends August 1st, 2012 at 12:01 am EST.
6. You must be over the age of 18. If you are younger, please ask your parents for permission to enter this giveaway!
7. I am not responsible for the custom charges in your country nor I am not responsible for the package once I have sent it.  If your package is returned, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges, paid via paypal. Additionally if shipping charges are over $15.00, the difference must be paid via paypal before I will ship your package. (Receipt will be supplied.)  If additional fees occur and payment is not received within 7 days will result in forfeiting the prize and another winner will be chosen.
8. The winners (2) will be notified via twitter or email and will have 48 hours to respond with their mailing address. Failure to respond will result in forfeiting the prize and another winner will be chosen.
9. I will share the winners user-name in a future video and on twitter. By entering this giveaway, you are consenting to this.
10.  Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for USA delivery and 6 - 8 weeks for international delivery.
