Hairy Neck Piece anyone?
Every week I catch up on Odd News. This week they featured an artist over in the UK that has made neck pieces out of hair. I can't even imagine having that on my skin....makes me itchy thinking about it. I suppose if it was made out of my hair it might be better?! I can appreciate the time, effort and detail that was put into these pieces, but other than that I can't find that these would be practical in any situation.
